What comes with the coffee cart?

We bring absolutely everything needed to serve your guests. Choose from espresso, cold brew, chai, matcha, and non-caffeinated drink options. You can view our current menu on our website, or we can create a custom menu specifically for your event.

What comes with the mobile bartending service?

Accepted Answer

We provide everything needed for bar service except the alcohol, including: Cups, Straws, Ice, Mixers, Garnishes, and Bar tools and service equipment. We can also create one or two signature cocktails for your event. Once you've selected your menu, we'll send you a shopping list of the alcohol you'll need to purchase. We recommend shopping at Costco or Total Wine since they typically allow returns on unopened bottles.

What are your setup requirements?

We require access to a standard electrical outlet (we provide a 25-foot extension cord if needed). Our cart is on wheels and requires easy access to the setup location, concrete or other hard surfaces (no gravel, dirt, or grass), and no stairs (it can fit in most elevators). Please note that the cart cannot be disassembled or moved once it's set up. The client is responsible for ensuring the cart can easily reach the setup location.

Can you customize the menu?

Absolutely! Whether you're booking our coffee cart or mobile bar, we're happy to customize the menu to fit your event and create a unique experience for your guests.

Question 5

Do you require a deposit?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event. Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, and we cannot hold dates without a deposit.

What is your event date policy?

Accepted Answer

Please carefully confirm your event date before booking. If an incorrect date is reserved: if we're able to accommodate the new date, a $350 rebooking fee will apply; if we're unable to accommodate the new date, your deposit is non-refundable. Because our calendar fills quickly, reserving a date often means turning away other events.

Do you offer price matching?

Yes! If you've received a lower quote from a comparable competitor, send it our way and we'll do our best to match it. While we can't always compete with introductory pricing from brand-new businesses, we're happy to offer reasonable price matching whenever possible.

Does my booking support a charitable cause?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We proudly donate 3% of every booking to the Arizona Friends of Foster Children Foundation (AFFCF). This organization is especially meaningful to our owner, who experienced foster care firsthand and understands the positive impact AFFCF has on children throughout Arizona. How do I book my event?

Accepted Answer

Once you're ready to move forward, simply let us know and we'll send over your booking agreement and deposit invoice. After your deposit is received, your event date is officially reserved.
