Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By booking services with Cruizin For A Brewzin ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all mobile coffee catering, espresso bar, and bartending services provided throughout Phoenix, Arizona, and surrounding areas.

Booking and Reservations

Quote Requests

All services begin with a quote request. Quotes are provided based on the information you supply regarding event date, location, guest count, and service requirements. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise specified.

Deposits and Payment

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your event date
• Final balance is due 7 days prior to the event date
• We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic transfers
• All prices are in US dollars and subject to applicable Arizona sales tax

Event Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and signed service agreement. Final event details must be confirmed at least 5 business days before your event.

Cancellation Policy

• 30+ days before event: Full refund minus deposit
• 14-29 days before event: 50% of total booking refunded
• Less than 14 days: No refund available
• Date changes: Subject to availability; may incur fees

Cancellations due to severe weather or circumstances beyond our control will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We will work with you to reschedule whenever possible.

Service Requirements

Venue Requirements

• Access to at least one standard 120V electrical outlet within 50 feet
• Level, stable surface for cart setup (minimum 8' x 6' area)
• Protection from weather elements (outdoor events may require tent coverage)
• Access for setup at least 60 minutes before service begins

Guest Count

Final guest counts are due 5 business days before your event. Significant changes may affect pricing and service arrangements.

Alcohol Service Compliance

For events including alcoholic beverages (espresso martinis, cocktails, etc.):

• Client is responsible for obtaining any required permits or licenses
• All alcohol must be provided by the client or venue (we do not supply alcohol)
• We reserve the right to refuse service to visibly intoxicated individuals
• All guests must be 21+ years of age to receive alcoholic beverages
• Client agrees to comply with all Arizona state liquor laws and regulations
• We carry appropriate liability insurance for bartending services

Liability and Insurance

Cruizin For A Brewzin maintains general liability insurance for our services. However:

• Client is responsible for any damage to our equipment caused by guests or venue conditions
• We are not liable for venue-related issues beyond our control
• Client assumes responsibility for event attendees' behavior
• Additional insurance certificates available upon request for venue requirements

Intellectual Property

We may photograph our setup and services at your event for marketing purposes. If you prefer your event not be photographed, please notify us in advance. All branding, logos, and marketing materials remain the property of Cruizin For A Brewzin.

Service Limitations

• Service hours are as agreed in your contract; overtime may incur additional fees
• Menu items are subject to ingredient availability
• We cannot accommodate all dietary restrictions; please discuss specific needs in advance
• Travel fees may apply for events outside the greater Phoenix metropolitan area

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. We encourage direct communication to resolve any concerns before pursuing formal dispute resolution.
